GSAoF Girls Softball Association of Franklin Tennessee Fall Registration 2011
It is almost August 2011 and school is about to start in Franklin, TN and that means that we will also be signing our children up for fall sports. A sport that I personally have a strong affection for is Fast Pitch Girls Softball. I have spent the past two years volunteering my time to coach girls softball from 10U and moving up to 12U. I am also a softball player in the Williamson County men’s league and our team has proudly been sponsored by Mickey Roos and we won the men’s open championship two years in a row. I want to take that success and energy and relay it into the girls team that I have been coaching. We also want to introduce softball to young girls that have not played before or took time away from the game, so we encourage you to come and join us at GSAoF and to spread the word about this sport to friends.
GSAoF is now holding registrations at Cheek Park this Saturday at 8-11 am under the Pavillion. The location of Cheek Park is behind the Franklin High School football stadium. The cost for the fall league is $65 and they will play double headers once per week. It is a great time to get your daughter experienced in softball as the fall league is more relaxed than the spring league. and if she has already been playing it is a chance to keep up her skills for the Spring.
