Real Estate sales in Williamson County TN are still riding at an all time high. The unit sales for February 2017 exceeded any February sales numbers on record as Williamson County experienced a record-setting 298 residential closings. Year to date Williamson County is experiencing a 7.8% increase in sales over the same period sale of 2016. As you would expect with these record-breaking sales the prices are also climbing. The median sold Williamson County home was $448,000 while Franklin’s median price sale was $486,491. v
Williamson County has approximately a 4 month absorption rate heading into March. Which means we are still in a Sellers market.
