The intranet and forum established for Westhaven residents is buzzing with posts about how these residents can provide assistance to those in need from organizing food for volunteer workers, to clothing and necessities for those that suffered a loss. The organization of the volunteer efforts is incredible as lists and surveys are being created to get what is most needed to those in need. Westhaven Subdivision is a community with far reaching impact on other communities in the Middle Tennessee area.
The housing market in this entire area will be affected for many years from the Flood of 2010. One thing that recent history has showed us with other catastrophic events is that life does and must go on. School, Jobs, Exercise and etc will continue in parallel with the recoery and restoration.
