Upon a referral from a previous client, I was introduced to the Zarembskis. A lovely family from California looking to make a new home in Williamson County with their daughter. The hope was to find a home with 3 bedrooms, open concept kitchen/family room, and a nice green yard. After seeing (via FB video chat!) the lovely open concept family area and the beautiful yard backed up to tree-lined green space, this house would become the Tennessee home the Zarembskis envisioned.
