This is the finalization of a long journey, as we SOLD John’s home in the Leiper’s Fork area a few months ago, and today we have been able to complete his journey to help his daughter and him buy a home closer to his daughter’s work. It is a tough market for clients moving across town because they are having the hardest time buying in this market. So, we put a plan together to get this done and we came in on budget. John’s wife had passed away, so his daughter moved in to help him around the house. The plan was sell his home, get him delayed possession so that non-contingent offers could be written, and then make an offer on a home closer to his daughters work location. John has two beloved dogs, so he still wanted a bit of yard for them to roam. We finally found the right home and it even has a pool for John to use to relax and enjoy time with his daughter and dogs. We negotiated a great price on the home and also negotiated to get it without having multiple offers. The closing with Magnolia title went smoothly and is just an example of Gray Fox Realty seeing a problem and working it through to a great solution. As you can see in the photos this is a wonderful home and John is happy to be moving to a lower maintenance property that is closer to downtown Franklin.
