What a joy to work with this retired couple looking to move somewhere in the beautiful state of Tennessee. After losing the first offer on a home near Nashville, the Ocepeks took a couple of days to drive around all of Middle Tennessee looking at a slew of homes we had identified as possibilities. Somehow, they ended up in Dayton TN, just outside of Chattanooga. They found a beautiful, recently built, home with lake views and that was it! The Ocepeks became happy homeowners to enjoy retirement and visits from their family!
