Our online presence and reviews led these clients to give us a call.  At the time they were living in New Orleans and awaiting final confirmation of a job offer here in Nashville. A week later, the job came through and they called to schedule a Friday and Saturday trip to Franklin to shop homes! We spent some time working up a list of homes to see and then met with them to go over the homes and acquaint them with the area. After one day of touring, they were sure they knew which home they wanted, so we made an offer and got them into the home! They went back to New Orleans and we were able to notify them that, despite multiple offers, they WON the home. The transaction work kicked in and we made that easy for them, despite the fact they were in New Orleans.
