Fairvue Club Properties, LLC is the entity that filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection. The Fairvue Club Properties entity only owns and operates the Fairvue Club entity. The development company is not owned by or connected to the Club property. The filing was necessary to deal with lenders that the Club entity had been trying to reach new terms with, on existing debt.
