Falls Grove Subdivision in Franklin TN video update Sep 17, 2014
Ryan Homes and The Jones Company are building quality homes in this new subdivision which is actually located just south of Franklin in the small town of College Grove. The first phase of just under 100 homes already has 35 or so homes sold. The first resident moved into a Jones Company home last week (Mid September 2014) and the homes are going up quickly in this late summer weather. The plan is to offer an amenity center that is unparalleled and includes swim, tennis, bocce ball, putting green, and work out facility.
This community is located just South of I-840 off of Arno Road so still quite close to Page Middle and High Schools. It will be convenient for commuting to Franklin or to Murfreesboro.
