Real Estate Market update:
The average price of a home for sale in Franklin right now is north of $1,000,000. That seems crazy right? The average sold Franklin price is still only half of that at $525,000 over the past 3 months.
The Franklin Absorption Rate is 2.47 months. That means it is a SELLER’S MARKET still.
For all of Williamson County the average price per sqft of SOLD homes is $163/sqft. If you are looking for a bargain here you have to look to Spring Hill where it is only $130/sqft and at the other end of the spectrum it is $190/sqft in College Grove.
