This beautiful historic Franklin home, zoned for office space and also for residential, is located directly across the street from the Gray Fox Realty world headquarters on 3rd Ave N. They wanted to sell the property and so, of course, they called Gray Fox Realty. We met with them because they were curious about our flat-fee full-service model and what experience we had with selling historic properties. We shared a few of the past successes we have had and explained our marketing plan and pricing with them. We were able to secure the listing agreement and we went to work with marketing the home both as a residence and as a business. We quickly had a lot of interest and an offer. Although the initial offer fell apart, we were able to continue to get traction and secured other offers after a small price correction and a few repairs were made. This contract went smoothly and the process was great for all parties involved. We had several meetings along the way to get past a few due diligence items in the contract. We look forward to having the new owner as a business neighbor on the street!
