We were referred to them to help sell their condo and then, upon meeting with them, they realized how we could help them find their next home as well! Once we got their home listed and marketing started, we got to work finding them a new home. They were considering both new construction and resale homes. At the time of touring homes, inventory was growing and it was becoming easier to get to see multiple homes in one day of touring. On one particular day we were looking at four homes in Thompsons Station and Spring Hill – aging from 1 to 6 years old. They kept comparing homes to the new model that was under construction with all the upgrades and selections for just a little more money. But the last house I showed them was the newest, had an appealing floorplan, the selections fit their style and the yard was perfect and so we got to work negotiating this deal with a fellow agent that we have known for years. We got it under contract below asking price, plus the inspections and transaction overall were super smooth. As you can see from the photo, we closed without a hitch on both the condo sale and home purchase at Magnolia Title on the same day.
