We got a call about a year ago from this client and she was curious about one of our listings in her neighborhood because she interested in moving across the neighborhood. Her home was not listed for sale and she was unsure how she could buy a home without having hers up for sale. Unfortunately, the home she was interested in was under contract, but we spoke on the phone for about 30 minutes about her options. Fast forward about a year, the market keeps getting hotter and hotter, and she calls us up on the phone again… she and her husband were ready to meet and learn more about how Gray Fox Realty could help them buy a home and then sell theirs.
