We met with the client and counseled her on pricing and because she was once a home stager there was not much we could tell her to do to get the home ready. A week later we had photos taken and planned for showings on Friday thru Sunday to get it sold. She got a solid offer early on and we counseled her to wait it out. Even with the flurry of showings and the inconvenience we told her it would be worth it. So we waited and we did get that other offer that made the wait worth it. This home was listed for $792,900 and we closed it for $860,000. Netting the client about $60k more than the earlier offer that she was willing to accept.
