Westhaven Subdivision Memorial Day Block Party a Success Despite Raindrops, Westhaven Real Estate for Sale, Westhaven Foundation provides for Flood Relief
The neighbors began to filter in to the location for the 2010 Memorial Day Block party just off of the walking trail in Westhaven around 4:00 on foot, bikes, and golf carts.
Lawn chairs and games and lawn chairs filled the open space as the neighbors listened to the band (mostly locals) playing various music to entertain the crowd.
Many of the neighbors have enjoyed previous Memorial Day Westhaven Block Parties and remember that most of them have involved a sprinkle of rain or two so umbrellas and tents were abundant.n
Neighbors in Westhaven taking time to socialize and share some food, music and good times. There was a collection for Flood Relief Donations at the end of the Buffet. The BBQ and Chicken were fabulous.
The site of the block party his year was relocated to the grand back yard of the future veterinarian clinic located on Old Boyd Mill Road between the two entrances to Westhaven. Many of the neighbors and members of Westhaven Foundation gave graciously of their time to coordinate, orchestrate and entertain during the event.
This annual event is one of the many great reasons to relocate to Westhaven Subdivision in Franklin, TN. Can’t wait for next years part already. See you around the neighborhood.
