Looking for something exciting to do in May in Franklin that is fun for the kids, and is becoming a tradition with 65 years running. The Franklin Rodeo is an awesome event that takes place at the Williamson County Ag Expo just off of I-65, near the Ladd Park subdivision.
They have created a facebook page and a website for you to learn more about this event and to buy tickets online.
Don’t forget that on Saturday May 10th 2014 the Franklin Rodeo has it’s parade through Franklin starting at noon. Mark your calendar to get your errands done early as Main Street, Bridge Street and Some of Boyd Mill Road heading to Jim Warren Park from Main Street will be closed for the parade route. If you liked the parade then the kickoff party on May 14th is another FREE way to get a back scene look at the rodeo and have a great time getting close to the animals, riders, and enjoy some line dancing and live music.
