A Christmas Dream Come True in River’s Edge

Some home journeys move fast. Others take patience, trust, and perfect timing. Crystal and Mike’s path to their new home in River’s Edge was a little of both—and it ended in the best way possible.

Crystal and Mike first came to us to sell their home, hoping it would open the door to their next chapter and ultimately lead them to their dream home. What none of us expected was just how quickly that first step would happen. Their home sold faster than anticipated, but the market didn’t immediately offer “the one” they were searching for.

Rather than rush into something that didn’t feel right, Crystal and Mike made a thoughtful decision: they rented and waited. For months, they stayed patient, watching the market closely, knowing that the right home was worth waiting for.

Then one morning, everything changed.

The home they had been hoping for—one that truly checked every box—hit the market. We moved immediately. A showing was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. By 11:00 a.m., the contract was written. By 3:00 p.m., they were officially under contract.
