Growing up in Brentwood, leaving for college and then returning with her husband in 1998 to raise their two girls, Ashley Hicks knows personally the draw of Williamson County’s small town charm and convenient access to Nashville’s big city amenities. With both girls off to college, she now has the time to pursue her passions, one of which began with Sunday afternoon drives with her father, a local Realtor at the time, looking at Williamson County real estate. Ashley Hicks is thrilled to join the Gray Fox Realty team in its vision to settle families in just the right nest in Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, Thompson Station, and all of the other cozy corners of Williamson County and Nashville. Gray Fox Realty is a flat-fee, full service firm intent on helping sellers save money in order to increase their home buying power. Mike Grumbles has a background in engineering so systems, repeatability and process improvement are hardwired into his DNA. He is a Clemson grad and has worked for Honda Research & Development, Dana Corp., and as an entrepreneur within the real estate space. Gray Fox leveraged those experiences to help build a process flow in the real estate vertical. Their clients have benefited and will continue to benefit from the systems to provide superior customer experiences.
