This time, we had the privilege of representing the sellers of 2027 Imagine Circle—a beautifully maintained, four-year-old custom home whose original owners took remarkable care of every detail.
Because of the home’s pristine condition, we moved quickly to schedule professional photography and launch a polished, strategic marketing plan. The response was fantastic. In just nine days, the property went under contract with a strong offer, and we moved confidently toward closing.
The sellers were extremely pleased with the process. We stayed in close communication with the buyer’s agent, ensuring a smooth transaction and helping the buyers move closer to their grandkids right here in Spring Hill—a meaningful transition for their family.
