Another Full-Circle Moment at Gray Fox Realty

There are few things we enjoy more at Gray Fox Realty than helping a family sell a home we once helped them buy. It’s a full-circle moment that reminds us why relationships—not transactions—are the foundation of what we do.

This recent sale at Jamison Station in Franklin was exactly that. Years ago, we helped this wonderful family purchase their condo. Over time, they successfully launched their children through college and began to realize that Franklin would no longer be the central gathering place for holidays and milestones. As their family grew and spread out, a condo simply wasn’t the right “home base” for everyone to return to.

After thoughtful conversations about their goals and timing, we decided it was the right move to bring the property to market.

Navigating a Unique Market

One of the challenges? There were no strong recent comparable sales within the community to clearly define the market value. So we went to work—analyzing broader trends, studying buyer behavior, and positioning the property strategically to determine where the market would respond.

After some time on the market, we recognized an opportunity to elevate the presentation even further. We partnered with Savvy Home Stagers, who did a stellar job enhancing the space and highlighting its luxury appeal. We also refreshed the marketing with new professional photography and updated the virtual tour through Giraffe360.

With a renewed sense of urgency and improved presentation, we relaunched the property—and the increased interest followed. Ultimately, we were able to secure a successful sale and guide our clients smoothly to closing.

What makes this story even more meaningful is the trust involved. These clients had previously worked with us when selling another home to purchase this condo. They believed in our process then—and again now.

This property was listed for a flat fee of just $2,495, despite a list price of $1,699,000. That’s the mission of Gray Fox Realty:
