Client sells Canterbury Townhome and saves $12,505 in Commission

This seller client found Gray Fox Realty online and completed an online form to learn more about Gray Fox Realty as they needed to sell and keep as much equity as possible in the move to start a new job with a townhouse that they had not been in for very long.  We met them and the house was almost show ready so the merchandising was easy and we got HouseHold Photography to take the pics and then we were sensitive to their timeline as they needed to let employers know they would be moving for a new job and then we went to work and the showings were great and we got an offer  and contracted the home in about 2 weeks.   Our systems and processes made the transaction seamless and the closing was remote as the seller had moved for the new job and Magnolia Title was able to navigate all of that to make it easy for the client.
