Franklin Family Excited to Start Their Family in a Franklin Home with The Relocation Engineer
The Relocation Engineer, Mike Grumbles, was hand selected from out of a huge group of REALTORS to represent this family on the purchase of their Franklin home that will be the first home of their young child.

The home shopping experience was made simple and the detailed market information about neighborhoods that the buyers had interest in was provided to the buyers. The made a very easy selection of a home that needed a few finishing touches which these buyers were excited to take care of to get a great deal in the Franklin market.
After the negotiations were completed, the Relocation Engineer’s systems were initiated so that all of the proper inspections were completed and the financing terms of the contract could be met. The home purchase went smoothly and the sale took place two weeks early so that the young family could take ownership prior to Thanksgiving and get Hudson settled into his first home.
It was a pleasure to work with these excited clients, and I hope that they will enjoy this wonderful brick home with a private rear yard.
