From Across the Country to Westhaven: Helping a Family Find Their Perfect Franklin Home

One of the greatest compliments we can receive is when past clients trust us enough to refer their friends and family. That's exactly how we met JP and Alex.

Several years ago, we helped one of our clients purchase a home in Franklin. After enjoying their experience, they introduced us to JP and Alex, who were beginning their own search for a home in Middle Tennessee.

Unlike many buyers who need to move quickly, JP and Alex had something valuable on their side: time.

Because they weren't rushed, we were able to take a thoughtful approach to their home search. We regularly walked the neighborhood, keeping an eye on construction progress and potential upcoming opportunities. Whenever something new was happening, we would send videos, updates, and detailed information so JP and Alex could stay informed from hundreds of miles away.

Those videos became incredibly valuable.

By seeing the homes throughout the building process and learning about the different floor plans, finishes, and locations, they developed a strong understanding of what was available long before a home officially hit the market.

Then came the moment we had all been waiting for.

In January, while we were actually on a cruise, the perfect home became available. Thanks to all the preparation, communication, and research we had done together, JP and Alex were ready to act immediately.

Even from the middle of the ocean, we were able to coordinate the details, submit the offer, and get the home under contract.

Because they had already seen extensive videos, followed the construction progress, and understood the story behind the property, they felt confident moving forward despite being across the country and unable to see the home in person at that moment.

It's a great example of how today's technology, combined with local expertise and consistent communication, can make a long-distance move feel much less stressful.
