What a great experience it was working with these first time homebuyers. Delicia and Allen were referred to Joey from another agent within our office. Joey met with them and hit it off great and they ended up writing an offer on a Gray Fox Realty listing. That deal did not work out, but that did not deter these two, they got right back out to the local market and toured several more home before landing on what is now the address they call home in Fairview, TN.
