Betty, Terra's mom met Mike at Gray Fox Realty over a phone call when she was inquiring about a property in the College Grove area and it was during the early 2022 timeframe when the real estate climate in this area was hectic and there were very few homes available for sale. Mike let her know that those newer homes were all under contract and asked what it was she was really looking for and began an extensive search. Eventually Terra and Mike met to get to what Terra really needed and wanted in a home. The wants were to have acreage and even horse properties and we saw a few of those and at the price point she was shopping the homes needed a little work or the land did to make it suitable for horses and the more she researched schools and drive times for all the after school activities she decided to make a move closer to Franklin and a new search was spurred on. The housing market was still crazy with many over list priced bids on most of the properties and Betty was really into new homes so we got on a few waiting lists for new homes and we were able to work some magic with a builder and got her a home with Signature Homes at St Marlo. The buy/deign/build process is something that Gray Fox Realty excels at as we have been through the process many many times with clients. Signature did a great job and built the home promptly in a market where everything was now changing due to interest rates rising and falling.

The home was completed in spectacular fashion and the buyers are happy with the decision and we are so glad to have been a part of their story in the move to Franklin from CA.
