It all began earlier this year when we helped them sell an investment property in Franklin. Shortly after, they decided it was time to sell another smaller investment condo. As if that wasn’t enough excitement for one year, they started searching for a new home to serve as their Franklin residence.

After spending time exploring the market, the perfect opportunity came along—a charming townhome on Murfreesboro Road that checked all the boxes. With some room for negotiation and a little updating needed, it was a great match for their vision of making the home truly theirs.

The purchase process went smoothly, thanks to open communication and a little proactive problem-solving. The only wrinkle was ensuring the seller moved out in time, as Michael and Paula had guests arriving for a wedding just days after closing. Joey stepped in to smooth things over, ensuring the seller vacated on time so both the wedding and the home closing went off without a hitch.

We’re so excited for Michael and Paula as they embark on this next chapter in their beautiful new home. Helping clients not just once but three times in a year is a testament to the strong relationships we build and the trust we earn.
