A family that we helped relocate to Arrington years ago called to say that more of their extended family were looking to move to middle TN and were seeking the assistance of Gray Fox Realty. The extended family would be a few families and they had differing needs in their new TN house. One family made a first trip in the summer of 2021 to see the areas. They were looking to create more of a homestead with some acreage and the ability to maybe expand with another home on the property in the future so multiple generations could live at one location. In the summer, we toured a few properties and none were just the right one. Then we found this property in Lewisburg on 5 acres with 2 perk sites and a newer home already in place and neighboring acreage still for sale. The buyers were still out of town so they made the decision to make an offer, based upon local family seeing the house and the video tour that we did for them. The sale went smooth, all the negotiations were simple and we closed this with minimal interruptions. This family is so excited to get to Middle TN and start their homesteading lifestyle!
