Here's a look at the numbers for Williamson County home sales.
Williamson County inventory declined to 2.6 months of inventory.  Not surprised there.  Even the new construction model home traffic was crazy now around the holidays.  Speaking of New Construction.  Joey and I can help you buy new and we have several clients doing just that right now.  We stay up to date on builders and new developments to help you make a great decision.  The average SOLD home in WilCo price went up to $572K this month.  (just so ya know, we always run our stats for the past 3 running months to avoid any small spikes impacting the trends).
