Gray Fox Realty sells home in one weekend and saves seller $16,105

You know that your business model is the right one when a REALTOR friend form outside your area calls and refers you another REALTOR to help them sell their home when they were considering to do a FOR SALE BY OWNER. That is exactly what happened to Gray Fox Realty recently.  The referring agent had worked with one of the Gray Fox Realty team members back many years ago and knew of the creation of Gray Fox Realty and how the flat fee model was saving clients on average $16,000 when it was time to sell their home.  She is now in the new home sales portion of real estate and so was the REALTOR that she was going to refer.
