Mrs. Chapman came to be a client of GFR after they saw a one of our for sale signs in the Benevento community in Spring Hill. Mrs. Chapman previously lived in her home in Brentwood for over 20 years and recently lost her husband of 70 years so she wanted to downsize and move closer to family in Spring Hill. We toured many homes in both Benevento and Dell Web’s Southern Springs. We toured a new construction home in Southern Springs with all the upgraded features and Mrs. Chapman lit up walking through - she knew it was the one for her! We are so excited for her new beginning in such a wonderful community. Southern Springs is a 55+ community in Spring Hill that offers clubs, amenities, gatherings and friendly community.  IF that is something that you are interested in then you should hurry as they are finalizing the lsat phase of new homes and then it will be a resale only market.  This community is great with no yard maintenance and is super close to the new theatre and tons of dining and shopping opportunities.
