Homes are still selling! Just not as fast as they were a month ago. Inventory is up to 9.3 months from 6.5 months, but actual number of active properties is only up about 90 homes so fewer buyers were active in January. What does this mean? Home prices are being negotiated down about 4% to 96% of the final list price during the negotiation of an offer. This brought down the median sales price is Williamson County to below $350,000. The median home is a four-bedroom, three half-bath for around 3000 square feet.
