This week, we had the true gift of being part of a dream come true for David and Susan Wesner. The dream? Find a possible family compound in the Franklin, TN area where they could relocate from Illinois, a place where their grown kids might build alongside them one day, or at least an incredible "Get us to TN" kind of home.

For the past 18 months, we’ve had the honor of dreaming alongside them, searching for that perfect slice of Tennessee heaven. This week, the dream became reality: 5 stunning acres in the Thompson's Station area hills, a beautiful Tennessee country home with a basement, and a 2,400 sq. ft. outbuilding with power and HVAC — the perfect space for all the toys. And they did it all while staying close to their $1 million budget!

David and Susan, YOU did it. You made the move, and we couldn’t be happier for you. Welcome home to Tennessee! It was our absolute pleasure to be part of your journey, and we can’t wait to see what memories you create in your new place.
