We first met Lydia when she called about one of our listings in Franklin. From the moment we met, it was clear we had a lot in common. Both Lydia and our team are Clemson grads, with families full of Clemson alumni. Although that particular house wasn’t the right fit for her, we established a strong relationship. Navigating a Tight Market

The market inventory was low, which posed a challenge. We continued to show Lydia homes that met her criteria, but they were few and far between, selling quickly and often not checking all the boxes. Despite these challenges, our relationship with Lydia grew stronger. We eventually had the pleasure of meeting her wonderful parents. They came into Franklin for a weekend, and we toured the area extensively to help them get comfortable with the options available.

We left no stone unturned in our search. We looked at new constructions, single-family homes, and townhomes in both Thompson’s Station and Franklin. Each home had its own set of pros and cons, whether it was foundational repairs, infill neighborhoods, or the differences between multi-use communities and traditional subdivisions. We discussed everything in detail, ensuring Lydia and her family had all the information they needed to make an informed decision.

Finding the Perfect Fit

Eventually, Lydia decided that a new townhome was the best fit. We showed her various options and she chose a beautiful spec home already under construction by Willow Branch Homes. While the build took a bit longer than expected, it still fit Lydia’s move schedule perfectly.
