After a lengthy search for the right piece of Tennessee land and three contracts that ultimately fell apart when the properties would not support a three bedroom septic system, this buyer has officially found his future homesite at 0 Rally Hill Road in Columbia, Tennessee. His goal was simple: leave subdivision living behind and find a place with privacy, room to build a home of his own, and plenty of space for his dogs to roam.
