Middle Tennessee February 2011 Real Estate sales slower than past 6 years
The Grumbles Team compiles a monthly synopsis of the Middle Tennessee real estate market in this month. We noticed at February 2011 home sales dipped to a six-year low. Only 1587 home sales including single-family condo land and auctions took place in February 2011, resulting in a 13% decrease from February 2010.
