The Dour family has a lot to celebrate as they close out 2023 with the exciting news of finding their new home in Gallatin, TN! After an eventful Saturday featuring a marathon of 14 home showings, they made a decisive pivot on Sunday, exploring the promising new community of NEXUS.



In their quest for the perfect abode, the Dour family fell in love with the David Weekley TITUS floor plan, which boasts four bedrooms—a crucial feature for this growing young family. The additional space not only accommodates their immediate family but warmly welcomes relatives making trips to Nashville to experience the unique charm of the city.

The Dour family is thrilled to call Gallatin home and embark on a new chapter in their lives. As they transition into the NEXUS community, they look forward to creating countless special memories in their dream home.
