This story begins with a wonderful family we’ve known for years. The sellers are the adult children of close friends of ours, so when an unexpected opportunity popped up to purchase their dream home just a few blocks away in their very own subdivision, they knew exactly who to call.
In mid-April, we sat down together to talk strategy, review comps, and map out a plan. As always, our goal was clear: sell their current home quickly, professionally, and save them thousands with our flat-fee listing model. Within a week, they had the home fully prepped, just as we had discussed, and we scheduled professional photography.
