Sometimes the Perfect Home Isn't on the Market
Congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of her brand-new home in Middle Tennessee!
This journey is a great reminder that finding the right home isn't always about waiting for the perfect listing to hit the market. After touring homes for nearly a year and a half, we learned that while there were plenty of good options, none of them checked enough boxes to make sense for her long-term goals.
Instead of settling, we shifted our strategy.
After exploring new construction communities, we found an opportunity that wasn't even available to the public market. By working directly with the builder, we were able to secure one of their quick move-in homes while still getting the design finishes and features that mattered most. It was the perfect combination of convenience, customization, and value.
Of course, getting under contract is only part of the process. New construction homes still need inspections, and having representation matters. We carefully reviewed the inspection report and worked closely with the builder throughout the process to ensure items were addressed properly before closing. The builder followed through, and together we made sure the home was delivered as promised.
Now, after a year and a half of searching, strategizing, and staying patient, she is officially a homeowner in a beautiful new construction home that truly fits her needs.
The next chapter? Selling her townhome in Brentwood and helping her complete the transition into this exciting new home.
Congratulations again! Thank you for trusting me throughout this journey. Sometimes the right home isn't the one that's listed today—it's the one you find when you're willing to adjust the plan and keep moving forward.
