It’s easy to see why families want to put down roots here and stay here. That’s exactly what made the Cagle family’s transition so exciting.

In a challenging market, timing is everything. Bill Lurwick went above and beyond to make sure the pieces lined up seamlessly. Within just a few days, we had the Cagle’s current home under contract, and at the same time, we secured them an off-market townhome in the very same neighborhood. This allowed them to stay right where they wanted to be, without the stress of having to leave a community they love.
