What items are included when you sell a home in Williamson County TN
Should it stay or should it go?
This question we get a lot from Sellers that are preparing for a move. Fortunately the TN REALTORS have made it clear for all parties that are part of a transaction. The highlighted paragraph, section A, is where you go to understand what is included in the sale of property according to the legal contract.
Section B: is what is negotiated between the Seller and the Buyer.
Section C: This is an area the Buyer states what he/she doesn't want to remain at the house and leaves it to the Seller to make sure it is removed prior to closing.
