A longtime friend paid the ultimate compliment to Gray Fox Realty by referring his daughter to us to help her buy a home locally. We searched for a home in her budget in Columbia but then eventually decided that Murfreesboro would be the best location to get a similarly priced home but in a nicer community. She wanted an older home with character and some remodeling completed. We showed her several homes and we did go through a few homes that she got outbid on, as many buyers have struggled with in this market. However, on this home, we were able to work with the listing agent to convince them to choose our offer because the buyer just fell in love with its location near the MTSU campus. We got the contract accepted and then our system took over to get the home closed. We worked in unison with the lender (David at Bank of England) to get this deal closed!
